Privacy Policy — Sidespin: Table Tennis

This policy describes how Sidespin: Table Tennis (the "app") handles information. The app is published by HS Spatial Studios ("we", "us").

Summary

Sidespin is a single-player, fully offline table tennis game.

• It does not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information.
• It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no account system.
• It does not request network access. The app does not include the Android INTERNET permission.

Information stored on your device

The app saves its own game data only on your headset, in the app's private storage:

• your settings, such as grip calibration, table height, arena, audio levels and accessibility options;
• your game progress, such as profile level, achievements, training results and tournament trophies.

This data never leaves your device through the app. Other apps cannot read it. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's storage in the headset's settings.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, voice, camera images, body or hand tracking data, device identifiers, or usage statistics. The app does not use your headset's microphone or cameras. Head and controller tracking are used only on the device, in real time, to play the game, and are not recorded.

Platform services

The app is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Your use of the store and of your headset is covered by Meta's own terms and privacy policy, not by this policy.

If a future version adds Meta's platform entitlement check, the app would ask the headset's platform service whether your account owns the app. That service uses your user ID. We would not receive, store or share it, and we would update this policy before such a version is released.

Children

Sidespin is made for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date before the change ships.

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, do not sell or share them with anyone else, and delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Apart from such emails, we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your on-device game data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
